2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, lodged on 16.06.2024 by the informant Prem Kumar Tripathi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that while he was sitting at his tiles shop, the accused came on a motorcycle and opened fire. As the informant called DIAL 112, they escaped. This led to the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because of criminal antecedent, he has been implicated, there is no supporting evidence in the present case.

5. Learned APP has taken this Court to the learned Sessions Judge order to show that CCTV Footage has been procured and the role of the petitioner has been found. Further, submission is that the matter is of the year 2024 and he has four criminal antecedents.

6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also the perusal of the learned Sessions Judge order which records about the details of the case diary, no case of anticipatory bail is made out.

7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
