The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 254 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Petitioners and informant are close relatives. Further he submits that in the instant case, the first information report is lodged after lapse of one week of the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
