2 Petitioner seeks quashing of FIR of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 270 of 2019 dated 16.04.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the concerned Court, Patna.

3. The parties have compromised the case. Learned counsel for the informant is present and he attests the factum of compromise between the parties.

4. Considering that there is no involvement of public money and in view of compromise between the parties, the FIR of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 270 of 2019 dated 16.04.2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 467, 468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the concerned Court, Patna is quashed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
