The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 39 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties. Further submission is that in the alleged occurrence, both the parties have sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
