It reveals that Sessions Trial No. 146 of 2012 relating to the petitioner Sanjay Mali has already been disposed of by judgment dated 07.08.2015 and Sanjay Mali has been convicted under section 302/34 of the I.P.C. Against that judgment Cr. Appeal (D.B.) No. 771 of 2015 was filed and in that Criminal Appeal by order dated 14.12.2015 the petitioner (appellant) has already been released on bail.

In that view of the matter, this Criminal Miscellaneous has become infructuous and accordingly the same is hereby disposed of.
