Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner no.1 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos.2 to 5, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State.

No.46599 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 354-B, 354-C, 354-D, 504, 506, 342 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegedly, it is a case of assault and opening fire upon the informant, namely, Pintu Kumar by petitioner no.1 due to which, he sustained injury on his right hand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the specific allegation of shot at fire is against petitioner no.1, namely, Dinesh Singh and no specific allegation of shot at fire is against these petitioners. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, namely, Bipin Singh, Pramod Singh, Sunil Roy and Krishna Roy, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Barh, Patna in connection with Salimpur Police Station Case No.188 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
