Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sonpur P.S. Case No. 487 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. There is only allegation of firing but no one has sustained any gun shot injury. There is case and counter case between the parties.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56017 of 2021(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S.
