JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Danapupr P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsels appearing for the petitioner submits that the present first information report has been lodged after delay of forty days without any explanation which shows that the same is concocted and after thought. During investigation, no material has come to substantiate the allegations. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31668 of 2017(5) dt.25-08-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
