Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within four weeks. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/120(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and had been falsely implicated in this case. He has not been named in the FIR. He has been made accused on the basis of statement of deceased's wife. It is, however, submitted that there is no eye witness in the present case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, as there is no specific overt act against the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/ Shahnawaz/- U T
