Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 309 of 2020 for the offence under sections 25(1-b) of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, one loaded katta with one cartridge has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.9.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.9.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
