The petitioner seeks bail in Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other persons killed the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Petitioner is not the family member of the deceased, rather he is gotiya and has got no concern with the affairs of deceased or her family and he was living separately. The thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased, who is already in custody. Petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2021.
