Petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondent Sanskrit Shiksha Board to grant approval of service of the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13881 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel submits that representation of the petitioner (Annexure-11 & 12) is pending at the level of Secretary, Sanskrit Shiksha Board. He further submits that similar issue was decided by this Court in Annexure-5 and 6 series.

Since the matter is pending at the level of respondent Sanskrit Shiksha Board, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take appropriate decision with regard to grant of approval of service of the petitioners in accordance with law and thereafter the other respondents are required to take steps for payment of salary to the petitioners.

Necessary decision on the issue of approval of service of the petitioners by the Sanskrit Shiksha Board may be taken within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
