JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 330 of 2016 registered under Sections 304B/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are the members of the in-laws family of the deceased. They are separate from the husband of the deceased. They have been implicated in this case merely on suspicion being the relatives of the husband of the deceased. Nothing specific has been alleged against them. The husband is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31722 of 2017 (3) dt.22-08-2017 custody.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 330 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
