Petitioner seeks bail in Pasraha P.S. Case No.45 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report.

In the written report, there is allegation against Amit Goswami of assaulting wife of the informant with Tengari on account of which she sustained injury and became senseless. Name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the informant subsequently after death of his wife at PMCH. Petitioner is in custody since 12.05.2019 having clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No.45 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
