JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 The following reliefs have been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner. "1. That this is an application for quashing of the order dated 22.12.2011, passed in Case No.344/2010 by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority, Muzaffarpur, by which the claim of the petitioner for his appointment as Panchayat Teacher in Gram Panchayat Raj, Bakatpur, under Kanti Block in the district of Muzaffarpur denied on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1769 of 2012(3) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 ground that the petitioner acquired his Intermediate degree/qualification as Up-Shastri (equivalent to Intermediate) from Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga."

Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a statutory appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
