JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, the informant sustained two grievous injury on his head but taking note of this fact that co-accused Shambhu Sah having similar allegation has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.12.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48526 of 2013 and after investigation, police found the case true under section 308 of the Indian Penal Code, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S.Case No.115 of 2013.
