====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-09-2025 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State and the learned counsel for the informant.

2. The bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court by a detailed order dated 25.10.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 35686 of 2024.

3. Allegedly, the petitioner is an accused of committing dowry death of his wife.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is under custody for near about two years but till date, not a single witness has been examined.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46583 of 2025(5) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 informant has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court.

6. It appears that the petitioner is under custody for near about two years but till date, not even a single witness has been examined.

7. This criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed with the observation that if the learned trial court fails to conclude the trial within a period of nine months, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
