The petitioner seeks bail in Dharhara P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It alleged that petitioner committed murder of informant's sister by axe. Petitioner is the husband of deceased. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2018 having clean antecedent.

It appears that there is direct and specific allegation against this petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47036 of 2019(4) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months from today.
