The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022, dated 07.03.2022, instituted for the offences under Sections 394 and 120(B0 of the Indian Penal Code.
There was a heist in a Bank in which approximately Rs. 12,00,000/- was looted.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46550 of 2022(2) dt.22-12-2022 2/3 The petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor has he been put on Test Identification Parage after his arrest. He appears to have been arrested on the confession of some of the accused persons of this case, who found the petitioner sitting near the Bank when the robbery was being committed. From the house of the petitioner, a motorcycle is said to have been recovered, which is alleged to have been used in the robbery. The petitioner denies the same and submits that the motorcycle stands in the name of the his mother, which he had received as dowry. It has further been submitted that but for the confession of the other accused persons and his own confession, which have no sanctity in the eyes of law. There is no other material against him.
The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2022. Earlier the petitioner was made accused in one criminal case, reference of which has been provided in paragraph 3 of the bail application, but in that case, he

Considering the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 106 of 2022.
The application stands allowed.
