2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For quashing the Order dated 07.11 Respondent No. 3 in Mutation Revision Case No. 15/2013 whereby he has held that the order impugned before him has been passed by Respondent No. 4, the D.C.L.R. Madhepura Sadar in B.L.D.R. Case No.

364/2012 against which appeal shall lay before the Divisional Commissioner and accordingly has dropped the proceeding of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2106 of 2015(4) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 Mutation Revision Case.

(ii) For further to hold that the order passed by Respondent No. 4 dated 01.03.2013 in B.L.D.R. Case No. 364/2012 and Mutation Appeal Case No. 17/2012 are wholly beyond jurisdiction and as such nullity in the eye of law.

(iii) For further direction on the respondent authorities to restrain them from proceeding further in pursuance of order dated 01.03.2013 passed by Respondent No. 4 in B.L.D.R. Case No. 364/2012 and Mutation Appeal Case No. 17/2012.

(iv) For any other relief reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned State Counsel has taken this Court to paragraph 12 to submit that the petitioner have the remedy before the Divisional Commissioner, Saharsa but he failed to challenge the same.

4. Be that as it may, since there is no appearance, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U
