The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2012 in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 154 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as per the allegation, a country made pistol is said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. It is further submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the present case at the instance of his enemy.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38532 of 2014 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 period of custody, let the petitioner, Shekhar Singh @ Shekhar Singh @ Dhobu @ Dholua @ Dhelwa @ Dholu be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 154 of 2012.
