2. In terms of the order dated 02.02.2017, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 5 in C.W.J.C. No. 1219 of 2015.
3. The stand taken in the counter affidavit is that the petitioners had obtained appointment on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates for which criminal case has been instituted against them.
