2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 140(4), 143(2), 143(4), 144(1), 144(2), 137(2), 87, 96, 127(2) read with Section 3(5) of B.N.S., Sections 5, 6(1), 6(3) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act and Sections 12 and 18 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have send the informant with Md. Tahsim Kaushar to Bahadurganj and kept in a room of one Shankar's house. It is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44859 of 2025(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/3 further alleged that the co-accused Md. Tahsim Kaushar told the informant that he has brought her for illegal business. When the co-accused Md. Tahsim Kaushar went to cook food then the informant ran through the back door. Thereafter, the informant lodged an FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has been sprung up in this case on mere suspicion. The victim is a major girl and she denied for medical examination It is further submitted that there is nothing on record which shows that the victim was forced/seduced to have illicit relationship with another person. The charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner. The petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-

No.44859 of 2025(2) dt.29-07-2025 3/3 named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025.
