JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, in the present case altogether six persons sustained injuries, which is said to be caused by petitioners and other accused persons but submissions on behalf of the petitioners is that except one injured almost all the injured sustained simple injury and moreover, there is counter case i.e Gangta (Kharangpur) P.S.Case No.111 of 2014 and the institution of the present case as well as counter case shows that there was free fight between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injury.

No.37815 of 2014 (3) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S.Case No. 112 of 2014.
