Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. From perusal of report of the court below, dated 9.3.2021, received in view of order of this Court dated 10.2.2021, it reveals that the sessions trial is in the stage of evidence and four prosecution witnesses have already been examined till date.

Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused.
