2. From the pleadings it appears that many disputes have been raised by the parties with regard to claim and counter claim. There is no post of Incharge Headmaster. It is only by way of interim arrangement where the senior teachers are authorized to act as Incharge Headmaster in the absence of regular Headmaster.

3. In view of the fact that the writ petition was filed six years back, the Court does not find any justification to keep the writ petition pending. In a matter of inter se dispute between the parties and the claim for appointment as Incharge Headmaster, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3450 of 2012 dt.16-07-2018 2/2 Court deem it fit and proper to direct the respondents to take steps for posting of regular Headmaster, if not already posted. The respondents are, accordingly, directed to take steps for posting of regular Headmaster in the school in question within a period of six weeks from today.
