The respondent-University is directed to act in accordance with the Justice S.B.Sinha Committee report which was accepted by the Supreme Court. Final decision on the claim of the petitioner must be taken in the light of the decision of the Supreme Court and the report of the Justice S.B.Sinha Committee within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
