2. The petitioner has moved the Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the following relief:
"That this is an application invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court for quashing the order dated 21.01.2014 passed by Sri Ranjit Prasad J.M. 1st Class Patna in complaint Case No. 1543(C)/2012 whereby and whereunder cognizance has been taken U/S 387 and 504 of the I.P.C. and further they have been summoned to face the trial."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to move before the Court below itself at the appropriate stage.
4. In view of the aforesaid, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioners, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
5. If the petitioners file an application before the Court below, at the appropriate stage, the same shall be considered on its own merits, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the present order.
