Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.125 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Since Gullam Jillani, i.e., husband of the informant has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.45406 of 2018 and the petitioners are brother of the husband and brother-in-law of informant.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45675 of 2018(11) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks and in the event of surrender by them, they shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya, subject to the condition as mentioned under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.
