2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 311 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 423, 466, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of cheating by impersonation. This petitioner along with other accused persons got executed a sale deed of the land of complainant to someone else.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is a bona-fide purchaser of the land in question. The dispute involved in this case is with regard to sale and purchase of land, which is purely civil in nature. Further submission is that title suit bearing Title Suit No. 269 of 2018 is

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 311 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
