The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 514 of 2013 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was arrested with a motorcycle bearing registration no. JH 18A 3147. It is submitted that the petitioner did not commit any theft. The petitioner is a priest and the informant had given his motorcycle to the petitioner as the motorcycle was old one, but later on some dispute arose and taking advantage of this fact, the informant lodged the present case of theft of his motorcycle. The petitioner is in jail since 22.12.2013. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for last 13 months, the above named
