JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34772/2020. It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 27.10.2021. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 22.09.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56617 of 2021(3) dt.13-01-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chiksaura PS case No.69/2019.
