Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that due to typographical error, it has been mentioned in the order that the petitioner being arrested, while the fact is that the petitioner has expired. This Court finds typographical error crept in the order.

Accordingly, the order dated 24.02.2022 is corrected and it is directed that the bail application has been withdrawn as the petitioner has already expired and not because he has been arrested.

The present order shall be treated as part and parcel of
