Petitioners being brothers and brothers'

wives are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406/34 of the I.P.C and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 being mother of the husband of the informant was apprehended. Hence the application of petitioner No. 1 namely Mostt Chinta Devi was disposed off vide order dated 22.01.2015.

The basic accusation is of torture for non-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43303 of 2014 (5) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 fulfilment of dowry demand.

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, except petitioner No. 1, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 51 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
