The petitioner seeks bail in Garhpura P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, three unknown miscreants, riding on a motorcycle, intercepted the informant and on the point of pistol, snatched cash of Rs. 30,000/- (thirty thousand) and mobile phone from the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused. No looted article has been recovered either from the conscious possession or from house of the petitioner. Till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. and he is in custody since 20.07.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55565 of 2021(2) dt.29-01-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Garhpura P.S. Case No. 49 of 2021.
