2. The bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier twice by this Court vide order dated 20.4.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 64927 of 2022 and vide order dated 17.05.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 36879 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is delay in lodging of the FIR. The uncle of the deceased, PW-6, during his cross-examination, has stated that Vikash Kumar (the informant) went to the police station on 07.12.2014 but the FIR was lodged on 08.12.2014. He has further submitted that out of ten charge-sheeted witnesses, six

4. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
