2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of D.P. Act.
3. By order dated 25.09.2024, this matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to resolve the dispute between the parties.
4. The learned Mediator vide its report dated 18.11.2024 has, inter alia, reported that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties as per the terms and conditions as mentioned in the report.
5. As the dispute has already been resolved between
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59444 of 2024(4) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 the parties, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Gaya Complaint Case No. 1457 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
6. The petitioner is directed to comply the learned Mediator's report dated 18.11.2024, if the petitioner will not comply learned Mediator's report dated 18.11.2024, then the opposite party no. 2 would be at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail.
