1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 340(2), 351(4), 61(2) of the BNS and 66, 66(c), 66(D) of Information Technology Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that on 13.04.2026, he received a secret information that in a rented accommodation at Saharsa, a call centre indulges in

No.44539 of 2026(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/3 committing cyber crime, accordingly, the rented premise was raided and Vina, Lushi and Madhu were arrested who disclosed that a fake marriage centre is being run and the centre is cheating innocent people and there is a fake Facebook ID of marriage centre in the name of Sathi Samuhik Vivah Yojana and the mastermind of the centre are petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant, it is further submitted petitioners were running a marriage centre, but then the same was not registered, as such, the informant based on fake information raided the premises and implicated the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, Mr. Vishwanath Prasad Sinha on behalf of Cyber Crime and Security Yojana vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submits that of late in the State of Bihar Cyber crime is on the rise and there is specific allegation in the FIR that informant had information that Cyber criminals are operating in a rented premises, accordingly the rented premise was raided from where the facts as recorded herein above came to the fore, it is also submitted that investigation is continuing and if petitioners are innocent, the police after

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned A.P.P. for the State, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
