Petitioner seeks bail in Dharhara P.S. Case No. 207 of 2013 instituted under Section(s) 302, 201/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Munger.

Considering that one of the deceased in his statement had stated about the complicity of the Petitioner in this case of triple murder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioner. Prayer for bail is rejected.
