3. A bare perusal of the prayer would show that the petitioner wants eviction of private respondents from the land. For the said purpose, instead of moving before an appropriate authority/competent Civil Court, the writ jurisdiction has been invoked.

4. No relief can be extended to the petitioner. However, since there is no appearance, dismissed for nonprosecution.
