Hence, the order dated 6.3.2018 shall now be read as follows:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing for the State.
Counsel for the petitioner referring to Annexure-G submits that the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna has already issued direction to the Panchayat Secretary-cum-Members Secretary Panchayat Employment

In view of the letter dated 22.02.2018, the petitioner submits that the District Programme Officer has already issued direction for cancellation of the certificates to respondent Lagandeo Rai and in his place for appointment of the petitioner in the light of the decision in LPA No. 405 of 2016 dated 30.11.2017. In view of the above, there is absolutely no occasion for this court to pass any further order. It is expected that the respondent-authority will act upon letter No.1416 dated 22.02.2018 and take necessary steps for appointment of the petitioner. Necessary action in this regard may be taken by the respondent-authority within 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of."
