The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that this is a case of love affairs. The victim, in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C., stated that she herself called petitioner and went to Gujrat along with him according to her sweet will and lived there near about one month. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35785 of 2017 (3) dt.01-09-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 70 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
