The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code, and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested by the police on the ground that he was among the folk assembled to commit crime. It is further submitted that nothing is recovered from the physical possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2019. Considering the fact that nothing is recovered from the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant him bail. Let the
