Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S.Case No. 134 of 2021. As per allegation, the named accused persons after levelling allegation against the informant that he is the person, who transmitted the video clip to the forest authority, attacked his family members. Specific allegation against petitioner no.1 is that he assaulted with farsa on the neck of the informant and petitioner no.2 assaulted Ram Khelawan Yadav with axe. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. The injuries

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56443 of 2021(2) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 suffered by the informant and Ram Khelawan Yadav are simple in nature. The petitioners' side have also sustained injuries and a case has been lodged by the defense side.

Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedents of the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Bharti Kumari, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono (Charkapathar) P.S. Case No. 134 of 2021,subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
