2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for setting aside the order dated 11.07.2025 passed by the learned Court (Hon'ble Member Judicial) of Bihar Land Tribunal, Bihar, Patna in B.L.T. Case No.

203 of 2021 by which the learned Court below has rejected the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.10272 of 2026(2) dt.20-07-2026 2/3 20.03.2020 passed by the Additional Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah in Mutation Revision Case No.98 of 2018-19 and set aside the order dated 24.11.2018 passed by the D.C.L.R. Narkatiyaganj in Mutation Appeal No.20 of 2018-19 and also set aside the order dated 09.04.2018 passed by the Circle Officer, Sikta in Mutation Case No. 2 of 2017-18 and thereafter affirm the order dated 20.03.2020 passed by the Additional Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah in Mutation Revision Case No.

98/2018-19.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the Circle Officer, Sikta with all the necessary documents, as per the direction of the Bihar Land Tribunal in BLT Case No. 203 of 2021 (Vikash Kumar vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) in next four weeks.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the said stand of the petitioner.

5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10272 of 2026(2) dt.20-07-2026 3/3 with the observation if the petitioner prefers an appropriate petition alongwith the relevant document before the authority concerned within a period of six weeks, the authority concerned shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion after hearing the parties in next four months.
