The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 1.8.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38799 of 2015, for extending the period of surrender. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period since he was suffering from Hepatitis B.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the period of surrender be extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The order dated 1.8.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38799 of 2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21945 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of in connection with Yogapatti (Shanichari) P.S. Case No. 245 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned CJM, West Champaran, Bettiah.
