The petitioner has challenged the appointment of private-respondent no. 6 on the post of Anganwari Sevika at the concerned Anganwari Centre on the ground of privaterespondent no. 6 having produced forged and fabricated educational certificate for her appointment.

Patna High Court CWJC No.13869 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/3 It has been stated that the petitioner has been representing before the various authorities under the ICDS Scheme but those representations have yielded no result. Learned counsel for the State, however, has submitted that the petitioner has been barking up the wrong tree and, therefore, her grievance has not yet been redressed.

The writ petition is disposed off by directing the petitioner to make a complaint against the privaterespondent no. 6, if so advised, before the District Programme Officer, Araria, within a period of four weeks, who, on receipt of the such complaint, shall have the matter inquired and after hearing the private-respondent no. 6 and the other stake-holders, shall pass an order in accordance with law within a further period of eight weeks thereafter. If the petitioner remains still aggrieved, she would have the opportunity of challenging such order of the District Programme Officer, Araria before the District Magistrate, Araria.

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this
