The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chand P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Pranav Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has been lodged under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code which is bailable and this could not came to the mind of the petitioner and accordingly, he took the route of anticipatory bail which even got rejected before the learned Subordinate Court. He as such submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the application to take recourse to the proper remedy in view of the fact that Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code is a bailable offence.
