Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children From Sexual

It is alleged against the petitioners that they made an attempt to ravish the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. The petitioners are full brothers and it is highly improbable that both brothers will commit such type of occurrence. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners on the ground that the victim is minor and in her 164 Cr.P.C statement she has specifically alleged against the petitioners that they outraged her modesty. Considering the fact that the victim is minor and she specifically alleged against the petitioners to have outraged her modesty, this Court is not inclined to
