The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

It is a case of outraging the modesty of the informant's daughter and assaulting the informant and others by the petitioners along with other accused persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60081 of 2021(2) dt.11-07-2022 2/2 further submits that the main allegation of outraging the modesty of the informant's daughter is against Brajesh Kumar who is not petitioner in the present case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of assaulting and threatening to the informant while the informant has lodged complaint against Brajesh Kumar.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 526 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
